The purchase shown below is for extra services, items, mounts and addons. All purchases will require the same procedures.

To buy one of the services mentioned above go to the page where it contains all your account information. Go the box Products Available, and then click Get Extra Service in the menu Extra Services (Click on the image to enlarge.)

This page you will see the extra services available and just below the method of payment, which in this case will be by Premium Points. Select the extra service you want, then select points as your payment type and then click Next. (Click on the image to enlarge.)

On this page you have two options to activate this service, the first one (which is already selected by default) activates the extra service in your own account, and the second activates the service for a friend of yours.
IMPORTANT: In order for your friend to appear in the list, it must be added to your list Vip List in-game, otherwise it will not appear. click in Next. (Click on the image to enlarge.)

The next page only shows information about your purchase, and an option for you to accept the server rules, click Next after verifying the data of your purchase and accepting the rules. The next page tells you that your purchase has been completed. (Click on the image to enlarge.)

For the service go to the page where it contains todas as informações de sua conta. Go to the box Products Ready To Use, nit will be all the services you bought in the shop and need to be activated in your account or one of your characters. On this next page you will see the data of the product you have bought, and the option to choose which character to activate the service. In the case of our example the service is a name change, then there is a field for the new name, and beside which character will receive the new name. Selecting everything correctly click on Next, and the service has been activated for your character. Remember that in the case of the name change your character must be logged off.
